This property was built within a year and is still fairly new. The beds are only queen size and are not the most comfortable. You have to ask the front desk for and ironing board and iron. The front desk is only open from 9am- 11pm which is an inconvenience. The location is great though. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The service was wonderful all around. I had an issue with the bed on the first night of our stay. We told the lady at the front desk about it the next morning and she was more than willing to help us. She switched us to a different room and even tried to get us a discount. A+ service and it's always so clean when we stay here!

This hotel is brand new and exceptionally clean. The rooms have a small kitchen (supplies are not furnished) and it can be an "extended stay" with good weekly rates so there are many guests who live there. It's in a quiet area and the stay was great. It does not have a pool or provide breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The elevator was quiet. The air freshener smell was obnoxious. The bathroom floor was dirty especially around the tub. One of the washcloths was visibly dirty even though it was hanging on the towel rack as a clean towel.

The bed was very uncomfortable and there were only 2 thin pillows. The bed was not only very uncomfortable but also every time you moved it made noises. The air unit was loud for being brand new. The place was nice and clean due to it being brand new. Tub was very slippery and had no anti slip mat. I will not stay again simply due to the uncomfortness of the bed.
