"Pros:
1. Next to the Interlaken West station
2. Huge grocery store across from hotel where you can get your essentials
3. Small eateries/restaurants just outside of hotel
4. Located on the main street in Interlaken West with retail shops. This street leads to the Interlaken Ost station (if prefer to walk).
5. Hotel breakfast spread is pretty good and opening hours are "reasonably allocated"
Cons:
1. Whilst the room is neat and clean with coffee and tea facilities, but the pillow is extremely soft and bath towel is too small (even for a tiny adult) and "pretty stiff" from too much washing (the towel fluff wearing out).
Other than this, all's good with this hotel. Highly recommend it."
