"The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early.
