"I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. "They have a long waiver list that they don't tell you about prior with many hidden fees. You're expected to clean the room even if it was already dirty or fees apply. No staff was available when I arrived or checked out and they didn't tell us that we'd have to find a piece of paper attached to the building in the dark to be able to get into our room with a code. Very confusing, no hair dryer in the room, dirty in general, and no staff."
