"It took 2 phone calls and 5 hours to get clean towels; our room was not cleaned during our two night stay (garbage filled up and wet towels remained piled); shower curtain rod was broken and kept flipping upside down (because it was curved, the curtain would not close when it was upside down). The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous!"

"The bed was very uncomfortable and the slippery tub had a shower that barely worked. We spent one night there and left before 6:30 am. I have never stayed at a hotel where the valet only worked certain hours. We wanted to leave but the valet wasn't working yet. Luckily our car was parked close so we wheeled our luggage and checked out. The noise from other guests was loud. We could hear everything that the room next to us was talking about even with our television on. Would not recommend...
