"I loved my stay at the Maryland Inn. Check in and valet is done at nearby Governor Calvert House. A quick 5 minute walk to your hotel follows. I had the standard double which was fine. My friend had the king and her room was easily twice the size of mine. Bed was very comfy, decor is top notch. I loved the historic photographs displayed in the lobby. In the morning we sat outside with our complimentary coffees on the covered porch and watched the city as it came to life. Lots to do, great...

"Checking in and out was very easy and quick and the room seemed to have been updated more recently than I was expecting. The only complaint is that the shower curtain rod fixtures were installed upside down so the curtain couldn't stay all the way open while showering. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price."
