"Very very expensive for property. Was given handicap room. Toilet was very slow filling for next flush. Pool advertised but not open. Just very disappointed for the price."

"First and foremost there was a used dirty bandaid stuck to the entertainment center, there was splattered blood and mucus stuck to the bathroom walls,paint was bubbling up in the bathroom, not to mention the sink backsplash. the base boards and headboards were dirty. If it wasn’t because yall had already charged my credit card and the kids weren’t exhausted I would have had the energy to stay somewhere else. I had to try my best to clean our rooms. "They need to have a cleaning company come in and do a deep clean throughout the whole place. They are short staffed and trying to keep it going but it is not what a Wyndham should be."

"The bathroom had many dead bugs on the floor and in the shower. The girl at front desk was very helpful and did give us a new room. The hallways needed vacumning very bad. Ice machines did not work at all. I wish I would have taken a photo but already turned key in."
