Theodore Roosevelt National Park in the fall

Sundeim Bridge over the Yellowstone River at sunrise. It was a balmy -27°F that morning.

We walked the nature trail from the visitor center at Painted Canyon. About a 30 minute hike with some beautiful views inside the canyon.

Wind Canyon in the park's South Unit. In the distance you can see the Little Missouri river. From the point on the right we could see 3 separate herds of bison on the prairie land and a small herd of wild horses in the middle of the shallow river.
