"Bathrooms were nasty, shower head rotting and coming off of wall. Pool was not clean whatsoever. Breakfast was already cold at 0730. Got two queen suites, pull out couch was busted, pillow cases had a yellow film on them really unsettling. Upon our arrival none of the keys we were given worked so had to bring our thousands of dollars of golf gear and luggage all the way back down to get new keys and only one of the four worked"
