"Book a weekend here for kids to swim while I was riding. No pool closed for some reason. I even call and ask if pool was available they said yes. Not happy"
"We were greeted on arrival by front desk staff, homemade peanut butter cookies and a smile. We checked in smoothly. She explained the benefit of the choice app. She gave us directions to our room and a quick explanation of all they had we might need. Told us about breakfast. Told us to call if we needed anything. We went up to our room and it was comfortable, clean and home!"
"I loved how clean the whole facility was. Also my room was really large. Breakfasts were amazing…they kept it refreshed all throughout the service. I’d stay here again!"
"This was our 4th time staying here. It was my first time trying to print a document from an email. The instructions at the communal printer were very easy to follow. The clerk on duty stopped by to make sure that I didn’t need help.
My only complaints are that the pet fee is so high and the QRO code in our room did not have an easy link to tip housekeeping."
"You can see the hotel just got taken over by new owners, rooms are clean amenities like pool gym and spa are ok. Needs a little more cleaning in general, little things need to fix as it’s old and starting to break down. Restaurant is very good , but all depending what manager is there, customer service is lacking"
