"This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast. "It was wonderful finding a pet friendly Bed and Breakfast. Our room was great and the breakfast was delicious. It was such a relaxing experience with great views of the backyard with the English gardens. Can’t wait to go back."

"The waitress, Samantha, was great! She really likes her job. Road out front was yuck. Parking was problematic as big trucks/SUVs were parked close together. Made it hard for us to move our car. Also, the old median strip is a hazard. "

"This booking was part of a longer trip. We were only there for one night but we did have a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The area was also beautiful with views of mountain ranges in sight. I would definitely come back again."
