Best Boutique Hotels in Western Montana

"I was nervous about a boutique hotel. My experience has lead to cute, but uncomfortable rooms. I’m too old for that. This room was BOTH cute and comfy with very thoughtful additions of free snacks and toiletries in the room. Great location and the bar downstairs was super cute. "

"My husband and I love this hotel and try and stay when the prices are reasonable. It is so convenient for walking to all the stores, restaurants and pubs. The best feature is the rooftop hot tub when it’s working. I was really looking forward to the hot tub on our recent visit but was so disappointed to find out it has been out of service for awhile. I will definitely call and ask if it’s available before booking our next trip."

"The Grand feels intimate and comfortable and is well situated in the middle of Hallispel's many restaurants and boutiques. A work in progress, the lobby shows promise for the rest of the hotel soon. The room was basic but very comfortable. It needs better windows and window treatments for sound and light blocking. The 'continental' breakfast should not be dismissed, with fresh quiche, good coffee, and more. Recommended. "
