"We absolutely love this hotel—it really has everything a family could need. The only issue we ran into this time was when we requested a late checkout. We were told to call down around 9 a.m. to speak with housekeeping, which I did, but unfortunately I was then told that all the late checkouts had already been assigned. It was a little disappointing, but overall we still really enjoy staying here."

"Property was very clean. Breakfast was decent and the hotel had several amenities. The pool was heated. The hot tub was under renovation but they heated the inside of the pool to 104 . You can use paddleboards and kayaks for free. Downtown whitefish was a two minute drive. We definitely would stay there again."

"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. "Unfortunately the pool was closed due to unplanned maintenance and we were looking forward to that and the buffet breakfast looked a little sad so we went elsewhere. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and our room was comfy with lots of feather pillows!!"
