"This place is top notch! The room and view of the lake was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony is very small. But 2 folding chairs fit there easily. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and adequate. The noise level was perfect for me. I believe the rooms may actually be soundproof as I was told. My only complaints is that it took forever to get hot water. And the cleaning staff made the hallways smell terribly strong with the odor of cleaning...

"I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. "The hotel was okay but the room was not up to good standards, we got some bad shape doors , the wall painted was piling. The bed sheets were stain. The neighbors well to load we could hear everything. "

"First let me say that the Weathervane Inn should be labeled “luxurious”! My room did in fact have a clean working jetted tub and the bathroom shower had two shower heads! The room was spotlessly clean, well stocked, and exactly like shown online. My balcony opened up to a marina with a beautiful view. The staff were kind, happy and accommodating. The coffee and hot water were available all day and evening and warm cookies around 5. My little dog was welcomed and even offered a treat at check-in....
