"We booked the Sonesta hotel months ago and when we arrived, it was no longer a Sonesta. There were no amenities provided in the hotel room (not even hand soap). The shower was dirty. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast area were all closed. Staff were kind, but seemed very overworked and overwhelmed. The pictures and description of the hotel did not match at all."

"Pros: Reasonably clean hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. There was no highway noise, unlike many hotels. Free continental breakfast. Good price. The pool is beautiful. Cons: Noise traveled freely under the doors between our room and the adjoining room and between our room and the hallway, so consider bringing earplugs. We bought earplugs at the Meijer less than a mile away, so we got a good night's sleep. Also, the continental breakfast is minimal, so don't expect protein to be a part of it."
