"Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, a few more nutritious options would be nice, but we really appreciated the gluten free breads and non dairy milk options. We LOVED the recycling, compost and compostable dishes. Better directions to the hotel and where to park would be helpful (that could be an Expedia issue). A bit annoying to pay for parking after paying for the room, but otherwise a great...
"Beautiful property on the Ct. river with a waterfall right outside the window.wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast is also wonderful consisting of fresh baked goods locally sourced egg's and produce. A nice quiet town close to Deerfield and the highway to use as a central point for touring Mass. Stay here....you will want to come back."
"We stayed in the carriage house behind the main inn, parking directly outside the building. Coffee station easy access in the hallway with kurig’s available anytime. Nice spacious room"
"We were in the Steven’s house. For what we paid a night I was disappointed. The wall paper in the bathroom was lottery peeling off the walls. The whole room was rather shabby. The building exterior and grounds were in terrible shape. I took pictures just I case I could post them.

"I ordered a king suite and they put me into a handicap king suite. I have experienced across a few properties now, that when you book on expedia for marriott courtyard, you get assigned the handicap room when the reservation hits the marriott system. It sucks and there is never a way out once you figure it out."
