The room was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was great, they had bagels, yogurt, waffle maker, coffee, assortment of teas, cheese sticks, oatmeal, snack bars, bananas apples and mandarins, coffee and an espresso machine. In the evening, they would have an assortment of cookies along with tea and coffee. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean! The staff was quite welcoming and patient, both the night and morning staff. We liked the breakfast available to us and found that the hotel was quite close to a shopping area with several dining options! We will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Check-in was a bit challenging since we had trouble finding the place. Folks should know this hotel is embedded in what appears to be a student union of some sort at UMass. Not the typical drive up drop off front door at similar hotels. Location was great room was clean. Breakfast was marginal

I spent four nights in hotel umass. Very convenient location and parking. Worcester Cafe is just across street and you can eat free if your college child is on meal plan. Highly recommended.

Hotel UMASS was a wonderful experience. Everyone and everything was perfect. I appreciated the gluten-free items provided for breakfast and the diligence of the employees in making sure that the area was safe. It was exciting being there during the students' return, even though that was not my purpose in being there. I highly recommend this accommodation.
