"The check in and check out was super easy. We didn't get to stay for breakfast, but the beds were comfy and the place felt clean. "

"I have stayed here once before and had no issues. This trip we were in Room 108 which is right by the employee break room and what looked like a supply closet. Around 7:00am we were awakened by doors opening and closing over and over again. Then there was a cleaning cart parked outside our door and two to three employees having a conversation directly outside our room. The door to 108 doesn’t fill the doorway and the sound came right in. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while - pink mold around the drain, the edges of the tub, and on the top of the soap shelf. The toilet could use some bleach too."

"Well, I consider this high-end hotel. I was in town on business and the rate and availability was present so I booked and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast is well worth it and staff is very friendly. It’s a welcoming city."

"They have signs up that they are renovating... however... reviews from last year say the same about renovations. The furniture in the rooms is sooo beat up...no microwave..no lamps..it was very run down. Not to mention the what seemed like alit if homeless people hanging out front the entire weekend? I will not stay here again. Lots of other hotels to choose from in the area. "

"I made the reservations online for one room three adults. The app gave me a price. I paid it with my credit card when I arrived at the hotel they tried to tell me that they only allow two adult adults and two children per room. then they tried to charge me an additional fee for having the third adult in the room. I said absolutely not. It didn’t say that on the app I already paid for everything in full and I was not paying additional when I made the reservation for three adults in one room. They then decided OK well I wouldn’t have to pay that fee but they charged me $100 deposit for incidentals in the room then they only had two towels two washcloths and two hand towels I had to go ask for more for our third person. Everything in the room was OK. Our stay was OK. I hit excellent by mistake when I was starting this review."
