"Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay
Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Feel I...

"Clean, functional, basic amenities, electric blanket....but room can be noisy due to sound travelling from neighbouring rooms and upstairs.
Staff were very accommodating by staying back to let us check in when our plane had been delayed and by providing extra bedding when requested.

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay.
Our room was wonderful, with a very large bathroom that felt very spacious. One of the highlights was having our own deck overlooking one of the active geysers at a distance.

"Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it.
Cheap but dated.
Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that.
Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs.
Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook.

"The room's bathroom was too small- there was no where to hang out wet togs and towels. Pool gate and area could use a update and refresh. and the curtains are too see through, for $300 per night I was expecting a bit more in the room, but staff were great. Prices for a toated sandwich and salad and fried expensive."
