"There was a dirty wash cloth left, bathroom floor was dirty, the shower head was broken, no coffee then charged for coffee in the casino. The night stand had something nasty spilled on it. The review said it was quiet. Could hear all kinds of noise. All staff were great except the check out lady seemed to have bothered her. Won’t stay there again."

"Room was what was expected in an older casino hotel. Staff was not willing to really help out much when you had request. Needed an extra pillow and that took an act of Congress to get done. A manager finally had to step in and help the girl. Only have a couple hours of pool sunlight because it’s stuck between two tall buildings. And it was freezing cold. "

"Run down property needing significant updating. AC unit needs to be cleaned as I’m still suffering with allergies 12 hrs after leaving the hotel. Only redeeming quality is the price point. "

"Our stay was magnificent! Only thing I feel would make this property better is the use of microwaves, or on site room service. If you want to eat and didn’t pack cold food then you must go downstairs or spend extra in fees through for delivery and hoping they bring it to you. This would not deter me from staying again though "

"All of the staff members I encountered were polite and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well-attended to. The food was typical for a mid-tier hotel. The furniture was a little dated, but in good condition and comfortable. The room was a good value for the money. I would stay here again on business."
