"We enjoyed the staff so much! And they helped us in numerous ways from pre-arrival communications to helping us to dry some of rain soaked clothes, providing a hose for cleaning up a muddy car, and great sense of humor. Nothing rattled them. The rooms, meals, and close access to Isle of Skye are terrific. The property is in a beautiful spot on the water. We’d definitely return."

"Drumbeg is a tiny town, but we were very pleased with our one-night stay. Owners were very courteous. We had one of the best dinners of our entire trip, alone with great food, great views, and Scottish music playing (everywhere else plays American music). Then we went to the bar for some drinks, good chats, and some pool. We even got a takeout breakfast since we left early. Would gladly stay there again."

"We enjoyed our one night stay at Harbour House very much. It was delightfully situated in Ullapool on our NC 500 route road trip. Host, Sara, gave us a very warm friendly welcome and checking in was quick and easy. Harbour House was very tastefully decorated throughout. There was a very nice large and airy lounge area with a choice of comfortable seating and tables. There was also an assortment of books to read. The lounge led out to an outdoor patio area with seating to relax on that...

"A place located out in nowhere. Been there for 400 years so something mist be right. Got there early so we were directed to Ulapool which was lovely."

"Friendly and helpful staff, along with a decent dinner menu in the bar were the highlights. Skimpy breakfast with awful coffee. Room was dated. Pancake pillows. Cramped shower. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors’ phone alarms and opening/closing room doors all morning. Unable to sleep after 5am. Dinner in the restaurant was fully booked by a large group when checking in. Would not stay here again."

"Perfect location, heating took a while to warm the pod, shower and bath both great. The sign is missing for parking so not obvious where you should park. Other than that it was almost a 5 out of 5! "

"Room was ok staff where very good think it had gone down a little since my last stop, but I understand that things are not easy as I had noticed 1 or 2 hotels, but lovely people and I do hope the better times will return 😊"

"It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly."
