"Had standard room and facilities as described, clean, couple of minor issues with condition of bathroom, but everything working. Staff welcoming and helpful, food at breakfast and dinner good. Outside of hotel needs refresh, but has nice postion by waterside."

"A very cosy and comfortable stay and the staff were amazingly attentive, they just couldn't do enough for us! Our vegetarian breakfasts were delicious and substantial, kept us going all day. The location for our one night stay was very convenient, being a good halfway point on the south coast between Newhaven, where we needed to be on the first day, and Southampton on the second day. "

"We spent a lovely weekend at the Emsworth B & B Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, at the front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Blooms coffee shop , where we had breakfast, was charming, beautifully decorated and an amazing varied menu. Poached eggs cooked to perfection. The only downside was that maybe the mattress could do with updating. We reported this in leaving g and I’m sure it will be attended to asap. "

"A good budget stay very near Chichester. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean, cooked breakfast delicious. The pub had a wonderful social feeling in the evenings with sea shantys being sung on the first night and a quiz the second. We recieved a warm welcome. "

Aircon worked well for heating and cooling. Bus stop outside which takes you to the city. I would definitely stay again."

"Comfortable, clean room, very friendly staff and, amazingly, on on-site restaurant, the first we've come across at a Premier Inn! And the food at breakfast was excellent. The property location is a bit hard to get to, in the back corner of an industrial estate and not walkable, but still relatively convenient for the town."
