"We loved the family friendly atmosphere, and that there is a shopping center next to the hotel. There ia a laundry room, and the pool not big but perfect for a night swim. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Royal Sonesta Kauai. It's connected to a Marriott resort, so there are a lot of restaurants and different spaces in which to relax. Our room was updated and clean, though they only provide in-room services every two days. As a vegetarian, there were limited options and our best meals were off the resort. We traveled all over the coastline to many beaches and I'm glad we did. The beach at the resort is fine, but there are a lot better ones elsewhere. The pool is pretty empty early in the mornings and then later in the evenings and I swam laps and relaxed during those times."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The cottage was spacious and cozy. The view of the ocean was great with a large swimming pool right near the beach. It was very close to the harbor for our napali coast boat trip as well as to waimea canyon"
