"The location for this hotel is in a great location, for shopping, out door activities and restaurants. The hotel staff was courteous. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Not to mention quiet and relaxing."

"Small bathroom. There was a cockroach on the entrance door when I was going to do the checkout!! The location is close to Lackland base and the staff "prepares" you for your visit to the base. They tell you at what time you should leave and they give you a bag with snacks and water!! Staff were friendly!! The staff was chatting with me before the check in because I contacted them to let them know that I lost my connection flight and will arrive later, they held the room for me and provided an "upgrade" on the room."

"We stayed for one full week for our son’s BMT Graduation. The property is not shiny and new but it is decently clean. All of the staff we encountered were kind and accommodating. We had to ask for more toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels because they were not restocked during the every other day brief cleaning. It wasn’t a big deal. We just asked the front desk. The pool is nice if you wait until after around 4:30pm the building shades the entire pool. Our 7 year old enjoyed the splash feature and waterfall. The breakfast food was good. Three hot options, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal with lots of toppings and a selection of breads and pastries. It’s definitely worth getting up a bit early for breakfast because it got pretty crowded close to the end of breakfast hours. There was a small store with snacks, toiletries and even some frozen dinners. We didn’t buy anything except water but it was a good amenity. We stayed in a suite with a king size bed and couch bed. It gave us a good amount of space to hang out in the room. The fridge is a good size. We made a Costco run and bought snacks and drinks for the week. It worked out great."
