Probably best hotel in gili air. Best sunset and nice pool. Everything was so good. I also stayed in other pool villa but we much prefer this hotel. Just need to be patient. It take long time to be serviced and served... but still ok.:)

Service was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcomed and was helpful In everything that we asked. Pity we only stayed for 1 night. Will definitely come again in the future.

Well taken care of by the hotel staff from the time I landed at the airport to the time I returned. Ever friendly and willing to help in organising my stay yet discreet at the same time. Most appreciated in their gesture and willingness to accommodate my change in booking. Great breakfasts (which can be had at anytime and anywhere in the hotel) and dinners. Highly recommended and to be revisited for sure.

The resort provides a very relaxing and tranquil ambiance. It’s a great place to unstressed and unwind.

The staff were amazing. They treated us like we were in a 5 star resort almost unbelievable. The gave us free coconuts, free rides to Kuta Town and they were really helpful with any of our requests. This just made our stay much more amazing. And let's not forget the actual villa itself.. WOW! Private pool, the bathroom was amazing.. The whole place was truly beautiful instagrammable beauty..

I like their surprise. Every evening will have special surprise in room. But location a distance away from main street near port. Overall i love it. Sunset view perfect!

The place is so peaceful and beautiful. Just that it is abit of a walk from the main road. Complimentary snacka and drinks was a nice surprise. Pool was always warm and clean. Be careful not tocuse the surf or paddling services right in front of the ponte bar/bridge entrance. Unpleasant and untruthful person, only cares about money, doesnt help at all and shouts at his customers. Even tried to con us to pay for "broken" fin which was just a loose screw connection. That was the only unpleasant...

Stayed with group of friends during new years week and it was truly an amazing experience. Hotel staff was attentive to all our needs! Breakfast selection was good, we managed to try all of the choices! The villa however is a bit seasoned but still beautiful and well maintained. The only downside is that there are many mosquitoes in the island so be prepared with mosquitoes repellent

The hotel and facilities were tremendous and it is hard to be believe that they could be bettered for a short break to get away from it all. The room, grounds, beach, spa, facilities and staff were all outstanding.

This is the place to be if you would like to seek for a peaceful stay, getaway from the hustle & bustle.Nestled directly on the beach,you will get to enjoy a pleasant sea view from the Ocean Sea View room.I am satisfied with both my Ocean Seaview room for the 1st night & also the subsequent 2nights with Private villa. I like how the resort is less crowded that you will get to enjoy the serenity. Do opt for the Seaview room if your intention is to lay by the deck to enjoy the scene & hearing...

My wife and I had a great experience at the Sudamala Resort. We enjoyed the pampering/attention/care given by the staff.

The hotel was great. Should have spent more days here. Breakfast was superb, but the ala carte menu was so so..
