"The front desk staff was amazing. I stayed in the West Tower and the room was very nice. The only issue we had was the restaurant Walker's Exchange wasn't open. I wanted a Kentucky Hotbrown so that was disappointing."

"We used to stay there every year but now the menu for the restaurant is pretty scarce-our room never got cleaned. No towels. Busted lamp shade. Air conditioner was super loud. Convenient to the Palace-but that was it for us. No more."

"I’ve always wanted to stay in a 21C hotel and I am glad I made the decision to in Louisville. Not only was the art awe inspiring, but the hotel and its staff were amazing. They were very accommodating, everything was clean and cute, and they even give you a free nightcap shot of bourbon. The location was near a lot of the sites I wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again."
