There are better hotels in the area for about the same price. Parking was $30 a night and that was unexpected. The hotel has a smokey scent, which i think is intended but it was very unpleasant and just smelled like campfire to me. The room is cramped when you try to use the luggage carrier in and out. And, since we stayed for 5 nights, the rooms didn't have enough drawers for us both to unpack. They were the most shallow drawers ever, wouldn't close with a sweater in them!

This hotel downtown is on its last legs. One of the rooms we rented was leaking. Even though they say they're going to clean the rooms every other day they didn't necessarily do that and when I requested they have the room clean they just simply wouldn't do it. Finally when I asked for a fourth time they just put the towels inside on the counter and didn't actually clean the room. Trying to use valet was difficult to valet person was never there. I expect way better from Hilton

Check in time was scheduled for 4pm. Attempted to check in at 430pm and was told the rooms was not clean. The desk worker told me she had no ETA when the room would be ready. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent business trip to Louisville. As a Ford employee who travels to the area frequently, I booked a three-night stay through Expedia. Due to a change in schedule, I checked out one day early; however, the hotel refused to refund the final night, citing that the reservation was made through a third party. Because of this lack of flexibility, I will not be staying at this property again.
