"Friendly staff."

"The hotel on the outside look very nice and kept up, however, inside the rooms were defiantly dated, the beds were due for a new mattress; and to be secured to the wall since our bed legit came off the ground, there were cracks in the sink / the grout, and the walls. The breakfast was horrible. The reason I stay at Hampton hotels is for their breakfast. I defiantly know it is not ‘fine dining’ but I’ve never had a problem. However, their breakfast was blah at best. So much was always out and...

"I like the larger rooms with kitchen, and priced comparable with other hotels near by."

"We stayed in a two queen bed room. It was clean, not spacious, yet okay for a toddler to move around. The pool is very kid friendly but I would recommend life jackets because the two pools are close by and toddlers can easily go between the two. Nice option hotel for family. Breakfast was okay, no non pork options."

"For a newer hotel, the rooms were pretty beat up already. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped scratched, grout stained and yucky. No housekeeping service during my stay either. Not sure if that is a service they don't offer or if it was an oversight. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again."

"The warm welcome set the tone for my stay. Jeff, at the front desk, suggested a very good restaurant since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The hotel layout and decor was colorful and inviting. The room was great, with whimsical touches with functional decor and bright colors. The house staff was professional and friendly too. When traveling in the future, I’ll be sure to look for a Tru hotel."

"Liked right off highway - location great- staff was also great- however our window looking out was super dirty and actually hard to see out of - so needed to be cleaned in outside . Bed and pillows super comfy"
