"This is not a hostel. It is a homeless shelter and should not be advertised on Expedia. There are no on site staff to sign you in. It is done via camera and tv. The place is not clean and there are no amenities. The pictures used show a social area with young backpackers but this is definitely how the building is now. "

"There was plenty of parking but no amenities near by. Had to keep using an Uber all the time. The room was clean. But overlooked air conditioning over a roof which was very unsightly, not ideal. The place overall was basically a pub, no food which was inconvenient as i didnt have a car. They advertised meals but didnt have any. Would i stay here again, definitely NO. You need a vehicle to stay here. Theu mis advertised and need to change what they have available "

"Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. "A lovely accommodation. Staff were friendly and room was clean. It was very quiet and a close stay to the entertainment centre (we walked there and back for a show - 25 min walk). There were limited parking spots available on the property but areas to park on the street if you missed out. We would definitely stay again!"
