Hotel Spa di Kissimmee Barat

"Todo bien"

"The bathroom was extremely small; and walking into the room it had a “wet smell” I only needed the room for one night so it wasn’t a major thing but if I needed to book for more nights I probably wouldn’t."

"Clean room. Staff friendly"

"Muy bueno. Recomendable para el fin de semana o pasarla bien"

"The front door lock was broke so you couldn't lock it when you left. Could use a good deep cleaning. Kitchen faucet sprayed all over."

"The bed was wet so inasked the linens to be changed while we were out and I came back and they just left new linens on the stairs ."

"We had a great time. The location was amazing and the convenience of a home is unmeasurable. Cheers! "

"Make sure to ask if the hot tub that is on the listing is working and available. I booked this place because it had a hot tub to later find out when i get there it doesnt work. The host failed to put on the listing that the hot tub wasn't working due to maintenance issues. The host's excuse was the hot tub was not listed as an available amenity but the listing still had the pics of the hot tub on it. "

"The staff were fantastic. Always friendly and very helpful. Bouchra was exceptional and went out of her way to help us. The room we had was huge, very clean and we loved it. The balcony was used every night to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view. Pool was great and the gym was used a lot by me. It could do with a few lighter free weights though. The text service was fantastic. Any requests were dealt with within minutes. We will definitely return. The only thing missing was a hot tub...

"This was a disaster from the start. Check in was very slow only to be told we needed to go to another line to get a parking pass. Which made no sense. When we got to the room the bathroom was filthy. Our second day there we were locked out of our room because the battery to the pin pad had died. The next day we did a load of laundry and the water was Brown ruining multiple articles of clothing. This was the second straight nightmare of a stay for a Hilton hotel."
