"Good hotel for our short 2 night stay visiting relatives in the area. The management were very helpful and provided anything we asked for. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that aspect, but breakfast was first class and cooked freshly to order."

"Hotel was immaculate and the facilities excellent. The rooms themselves were large and spacious with everything you needed. The only slight issue was there was no plug socket near the mirror in one room and in another there wasn't one by the one bed...but we could get around these."

"Overall the staff were really helpful and couldn't do enough for you (apart from one area who i'll cover seperately). They were polite and cheery and a real credit to the hotel. However, standards in this hotel don't shout 4 star to me and the room was definitely not worth the cost The carpet in my room had a lump in it and needs to be relayed. The king bed was 2 beds pushed together rather than a single bed. They weren't even of the same height so you rolled up/down between them in the night....

"We were greeted at reception by very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were adequate size for twin beds. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was very well laid out & lots of choice for cold and hot dishes. All the food and juices were fresh and very tasty. The staff were very efficent at providing any extras and there was lots of space. It allowed for a very leisurely relaxed atmosphere. The air conditioning was very good and we could also open the window...

"This is the best place to stay in Liverpool! We stayed for three nights out of a two week trip and this hotel was by far the highlight. Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze.
