"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "

"The services of the staffs was remarkable. If their motto stated “Melayan dengan senang hati !” It’s true Gems. Breakfast Banquet is marvelous. They truly go above and beyond. Many times blew my minds and My best friend Misslinda, how the chef and the staffs remember if I loved their colak singkong and special prepared from the kitchen for me. I feel the warmth and the love every time I stayed. Keeps up a great job 👏 Bu Christine ( San Francisco, Bay Area’s)"
