"There was a hockey group staying at the hotel, and unfortunately both the parents and kids regularly left a mess that your staff had to clean up. I’m not sure why this was allowed to continue. Customer service at the front desk was average. The older gentleman who checked us in came across as a bit standoffish. "The property and rooms are very nice. Location is good. During our stay, the business centre computers were not working and all the elevators stopped working during our checkout. Staff was very helpful in helping us take the freight elevator, but we had to walk up 12 floors after swimming. Staff was also helpful in printing a document for me."
