"The whole experience was amazing!"

"Everything"

"We loved The Palace in Moon Beach in Okinawa! Beautiful, tropical, and right on the beach for our family of 5 to enjoy! We woke up to a beautiful ocean view! Staff were amazing, with detailed checkin and luggage right to our door! Staff even showed us all our room amenities and suggested amazing restaurants nearby! This hotel was magical and we’ll have memories for a lifetime!"

"Everything was great No complains, the property was nice, good location and the staff very nice and helpful"

"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. "Friendly staff, large rooms, great view. We had a fantastic time!"

"Jimmy and Danika made our trip! Both went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We had a lovely honeymoon here!"

"Beautiful resort, great amenities, friendly staff"

"Pretty decent hotel, clean, comfortable, private beach and the breakfast and dinner were OK. Very family oriented however, so if you are travelling just with friends or especially solo, this may not be the hotel for you."

"The room was tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a variety of selection. All the rooms has sea view which were amazing!"

"The property was very clean the staff incredibly helpful and the food great, great value for money amazing location definitely recommend, would visit again."

"Good place. Good pool. Beach was closed because of coming typhoon"

"Very pretty and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff"

"The room was spacious; the bathroom was huge. The view from the room was beautiful. The hotel is older and could use some updating."

"At check-in, there was a foreign staff member whose accent was very difficult to understand, although he was speaking Japanese. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. The food was also good, although I was sad to see that the usual 3-day rotation of different foods at breakfast time had been eliminated."

"Loved our stay here. The fireworks show was fun. The staff went above and beyond. The room was fantastic. "

"Amazing rooms and super polite staff. Would recommend anyone staying here if you want good views, good food, and good support from the staff."
