"Checkin was not particularly efficient. The large room was comfortable and clean, although the lighting could have been better. There was a good view of roof mounted air conditioning equipment but little else. Minimal external noise. Dining options at this casino hotel are extremely limited. No housekeeping was performed during my three days stay. Overall, not impressed."

"This hotel was very clean. My room's layout wasnt the best. I had to open doors to find the bathroom and closet but they were clean. I wasn't wowed by the room but we just needed a clean place to sleep after an event we attended. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of eating options"

"The room and property are spot on and well kept. The front desk staff was spotty. The young man working the desk wouldn’t check for parking in the hotel after the GM (I think) told me there was. A little lazy on his part but the GM made it right. I think it was easier for him to just say they’re full. Coffee is a nice touch in the morning but the “once it’s gone, it’s gone” method is dated. Not everyone gets there at 6:30am. Make another pot!"

"Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done."

"cleaning people must have used bathroom right before we checked in because the room smelled horrible… they tried charging 13.99 extra for wifi… i was not able to use my computer at all"
