"The Apex is in an very good location for walking to sites and restaurants. The staff is excellent and amongst our family we had 3 rooms, which were very clean and comfortable. We had dinner one night at their restaurant which was also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel."
"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. "Wonderful stay. Indigo is an amazing and quirky hotel and centrally located. Staff are very friendly and heloful. Unfortunately our room wasn't serviced after our first night or I would give 5 * for service. We were out from 8 am to 5.45 so there was plenty of opportunity. We asked for fresh towels and tea bags in lieu. I don't blame the hotel, just the person who didn't fulfil their duties. Unexpected. "
