Modern, spacious apartment with great view. Practically across the street from museum. Washer/dryer, mini stove, dishwasher (!). Impeccably clean and very quiet. Great beds. For the price I was at first sure they'd made a mistake; I would very much stay here again.

The reason I have three stars is not because the hotel wasn't nice but because the service wasn't quite up to the mark. The concierge at the front desk were quite rude. I had to call multiple times to get basic toiletries which should be included in the room by default!

We arrived on a morning flight from Auckland at 7am. The purpose for our visit to Wellington was for the Marvel Convention for my 3yo godson. Check in was at 3pm. Staff allowed us to check into one of the rooms that was ready early. The rooms were nice and clean. The phones were down and advised reception who gave me their card and advised to ring directly to them. The view at the restaurant was beautiful. Didn’t get a chance to eat there but next time will give it a go. I highly recommend if your looking for accommodation to stay there. Restuarant, supermarket, waterfront, Te Papa all within a block of this location. The beehive is a 9minute drive. Money well spent for the one night 5 of us were there

I got a delay because of the 24 hour delayed flight and I requested from property to not charge me for the day I am not staying but instead of that I faced to lose my whole reservation because I couldnt show up on the day I made my reservation. Long story short this is a good facility bur the people are not polite and understanding.

Had a great stay, thank you. The only criticism I have is that the water was luke warm at best, so taking a shower was not very pleasant and therefore did not use the bath, which I would have loved.

Very comfortable room. Size of bath was impressive! Location brilliant for waterfront and handy with supermarket across the road. Friendly helpful staff.

The 2 bedroom apartment unit we stayed it was disappointing. It didn’t look at all like the website pictures. It was old and tired, cramped, and definitely not as clean as it looked in the pictures. The lobby was nice but the rooms need to be updated and cleaned much better. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Unfortunately our room was not completely cleaned. Food was left from the the previous guest. The young man( blond with a ponytail )at the coffee bar had an attitude when asked a question. We were really surprised at the quality of service in Wellington after staying at the QT in Queenstown where we received outstanding service. No issue's in Queenstown, it was beautiful, clean and very kind employees.

OK stay
I enjoyed our stay but a few things made it less pleasant - no bowls in our apartment and the AC had one speed which was full power! I get the impression that this hotel is a bit fashion over function but it was still an OK place to stay. Parking was very pricey so we just parked on the street at the back of the hotel for a fraction of the price.

Room was good and it had a partial view of the harbour. Having a washing machine was very handy. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was strange, the duvet wasn’t in a duvet cover, instead it was enveloped by a top and bottom sheet and that drew attention to the fact the duvet was stained.

We loved our stay! Our room was fantastic, and staff and hotel were super cool. Only a couple of gripes - the mattress wasn’t very comfy, and the Friday night street noise was loud. Would definitely recommend, but ask for a higher floor than 3

Booked an Executive Studio as a special treat for my partner and I. Was definitely disappointed with room. Sparsely furnished & an air conditioning unit that rattled like a freight train…couldn’t sleep with it on. On the plus side - a lovely big bath tub to relax in & super convenient location to restaurants. Also able to enjoy QT bar & artwork.

Fabulous
Lovely room, very spacious and quiet. Convenient walk to everything and airport bus stop a few blocks away. Gorgeous artworks. We appreciated the hot spa after all that walking!

Ive always wanted to stay at this Hotel but have found it costly as i stay in Wellington a couple of times a Month, Nice room, Pool is dated, Restaurant was not open, Service was slow in bar so we left, Valet parking i was told to park over there, I said isnt that your job So we parked outside of the Hotel for free

Nice property. Apartment studio room was good with lovely big bath and good size room. Not as seen in picture (smaller than photo) but it was ideal for our stay. The art work at this hotel is really interesting - I enjoyed checking it out. B’fast was nice but I was certain that the avocado on toast was from a jar (not fresh) which was disappointing. It is a little dated and as a huge traveller I wouldn’t say that it’s “luxury” but it’s a great hotel in a great location by the waterfront, Te Papa, shops etc. staff were friendly and helpful.

We requested a late checkout and the hotel kindly gave us one. It was so much appreciated - however it seems this was not communicated to the Housekeeping Dept as we were disturbed 3 times in the morning by 3 different housekeeping staff knocking on our door and asking when we were leaving. We were trying to rest & sleep after a stressful period recently. Not impressed at all with this part of our stay. The remainder of our stay was great.

Excellent place to stay plus the benefit of all the art work in the hotel to look at each day. Will stay again. We stayed in the appartments side which was good and nice and quiet. Location is great for Te Papa and the new events centre

Very handy to Te Papa and the wharf area. Supermarket next door. Nice room but needed urgent paint job. Patches of non matched paint on walls and ceiling. Nice staff.

Chic artsy stay
Awesome art in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Very close to waterfront and downtown. Comfortable, quiet, nice amenities - we will stay here if when we visit Christchurch again.

When we first checked in although there are bathtubs in this room the lady gave us a non-bathtub room. Didn’t realise this until we entered room, so I went down right away and talked to another staff, who was very kind and gave us a room with the bathtub. Carpeted floor was clean unlike the other hotel we were in before this, not much hair and it has been vacuumed well. Overall great stay and glad we moved hotel to this one!

Spent 3 nights here with my daughter. Great location - easy to walk to shopping area & restaurants. Very convenient close to waterfront & Te Papa. Nice lap pool for late night swimming
