"Welcoming staff from the beginning till the end. Informative at the desk sign-in; in regards to places to go. One of the best, quante, continental breakfasts I've ever had. The bedroom stay was nice and clean with great quality A/C and a few unexpected essentials in the bathroom. We had a view of the backyard fire pit, bird houses, and nature. Plus a nice view of the beautiful landscape in the front which included; apple trees, pool, gazebo, etc. Definitely would return and recommend to stay."

"Beds were really comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Pool needed attention. Great location. Breakfast not so good. There was a huge questionable expense added on to my bill that was more than the daily rate. In other words I paid for three nights and only reserved two."

"I recently booked a room at this hotel as it was reasonably priced compared to the alternatives. We ended up checking in and immediately checking out and rebooking at another hotel which was amazing, The Charm on Main in Brewster. The motel lobby was a bit dingy, cluttered, and dark. Very unwelcoming and rather unprofessional. While room was ok, it felt a bit basic and cheap. Ours had a few areas where paint was chipping off the wall. "Very Nice and great location. Beds were comfortable and room was clean Right across from the water and the views were amazing. Free shuttle to Downtown is right in front of the hotel."

"Room was great. No bells and whistles but quiet, the a/c worked great and bed was comfortable . Only problem I had was my room was not located near accessible parking and there were no regular parking spots left either...walking from the overflow parking was a bit difficult for me to navigate with my cain."

"Everything was nice. We had booked two rooms, somehow one room was more bigger and more upgraded than the other. Easy to park , and one of the best thing was their shower. Very close to the mini golf and bumper cars/ acade games. Free bus every hour."

"Very nice property with expansive landscaping. While not walkable, it’s a 3 minute drive to the center of Harwich Port. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area. Beach is 1/2 mile walk."

"The cape sands inn was the best choice for our stay! Centrally located, they have everything you could need. The pools were amazing! Staff was friendly enough despite their limited staffing. The fire pit was a true highlight! We even extended our stay an extra night because the only thing we missed during our trip was just a relaxing day at the motel!"
