"I was disappointed with my stay. I had a major water leak at home and booked this hotel expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case. I checked in during the evening and was given two key cards that did not work. My room was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so I used my mobile phone to call the front desk for assistance and was on hold for 15 minutes before walking back to the lobby to report the issue. "Wonderful inn with the amenities you need: small cafe, bar, brand new gym and parking. Rooms are nicely renovated (simple) and the AC works beautifully."

"This is my second time staying at this property, this property is great, in a very convenient location right next to the mall. I’ve added the breakfast both times, and it’s been great every time, it’s your classic hotel breakfast (waffles, bacon, sausages (pork and turkey), eggs, fruit, danishes, cereal, etc.) the property is clean as well !"

"I was promised they first floor room I wound up on the sixth floor the room still had close in the dressers , and it wasn't very clean , I was very disappointed,I explained that I was handicapped and needed a first floor also , the parking was not free"

"Staff were wonderful despite the many many guests because of multiple sports tournaments in the area. The pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was good well balanced. On site laundry was a big help for washing uniforms between games. One piece of feedback is reducing the abundance of plastic - plasticware, plastic lids, plastic cups, not as environmentally conscious as we would’ve liked. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay."

"The hotel is economical and located close to the mall. Downside is a lot of traveling youth sports teams are staying at the facility causing a lot of issues . Elevator issues, pool overrun by kids, kids running through the hallways banging on doors at night. Lobby area /dining area a mess from evening gatherings. This was the second time I experienced this and will not be returning to this location."
