"There was hardly any staff. Room cards and some instructions were in a lockbox outside the entrance. Our key cards did not work to enter our room. Had to wait to get new cards brought to us. Parking was two blocks away from the hotel. The next morning we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned. We said yes, but they never did it. Our room window faced another building about six feet away. What a view! The common areas were nicely done, but the overall experience was poor. "

"Staff is delightful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Only disappointments were the room is very warm and no way to adjust the heat so we had patio door open all the time to adjust temp in room. And no patio furniture was allowed for "safety reasons" which we didn't understand. How is sitting in a chair more dangerous than standing on a deck? But other than that, everything else was amazing."
