"Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent"

"Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again."

"Stayed here 3 times. Good standard. Doors are noisy. If you book here, ask for room 2 or 3. If you dont, you will be by the kitchen. That door never closes quietly, folk dont switch on extractor fan, & your room will smell."

"Wow!!! What else can I say?? This was me and my partner's first time in Watford, and we were super impressed. All the staff were amazing, welcoming, and friendly, but a big shout-out to Siead (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). This guy went above and beyond to help and make sure we were both happy with the service. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of different food to choose from, and a fry-up was the obvious choice. The room was just a standard room with working air conditioning, and it beat our expectations. Overall, we were extremely impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we'd definitely return."

"Ideal location for travelling in to Wembley. 10 mins from Watford junction by car. Ample parking space, food options on site but also good value for money carvery less than 5 mins away. Check in/out hassle free , staff warm and friendly. Room clean and well looked after. Paid in advance for breakfast which was well worth it. Plenty of options th choose from. All in all a comfortable and pretty seamless experience. Only downside was my team lost at Wembley. "
