An excellent place to connect with nature. However, it may not be very quiet due to a lot of kids running around. It could benefit from implementing more technology in the doors, but overall, it's a beautiful place to find peace.

I went with my older children and we had a great time. The dining in the resort was better than anything in the local shopping area that we had. The proximity to hiking trails was great. Also, the options that came with the freedom pass were a nice surprise. We were all quite happy with our stay there.

Loved the stay. Can’t beat the price for a family of 6. Plenty of room and a lot of extras. Only complaint is the hallways smelled a bit funny. Hopefully they see this and shampoo the hallway carpet. I stayed in 431 so the hallway carpet there needs a little love. Otherwise, this hotel is in my very short list and I definitely recommend it.

Weekend getaway
Our stay was pleasant. Loft was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and surroundings were quiet. Room needed more light. Pool was nice but a bit of a walk. Nearby swimming pond was a plus. Complimentary breakfast lacked protein but was filling with numerous choices.

Great family stay, Impressive management
Really impressed with Snowy Owl -- management was fantastic -- ever present, very professional and warm, and incredibly responsive. All staff were kind and courteous. We were there while a hockey tournament was going on -- lots of children. Could have easily felt chaotic but instead it felt calm and welcoming. Continental breakfast was delicious. We has dinner at the restaurant one night and it was great. Furnishings are outdated but rustic -- for the price, it's FINE!! will for sure go back.

breakfast options were very limited, no proteins at all. With the price to stay in the facility, at least simple eggs should be in the menu. Midnight front desk clerk not very friendly and welcoming.

Great stay! Only thing was that the shower water wasn’t very warm. But otherwise great place to stay, lots to do on site and close by. I would stay again!

Hi Michael, Thank you for staying with us. I agree with you. We just bought the hotel a little over a year ago and we've been working around the clock to do just that. We've made alot of progress and still have a long way to go. Covid and staff shortages aren't helping at all but we keep pressing forward. Come try us again in a couple years.

Reservation was for 5. Towels etc enough for 2. Bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter. Mini fridge is micro. Multiple common areas was nice. Location is convenient. But place is dated.

This property is nothing like what their online reviews might lead you to believe -- I dont know what the old owners might've been up to, but the new ones are doing a fantastic job getting this place back on its feet. I wish the service elsewhere in town had been as good as it was at Snowy Owl -- all the bars/restaurants I went to could take a page from their book.

Hi Michael, we've been working on the Wifi. We replaced all the devices with new ones and added more because the Wifi that was here was terrible.
