"Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great location, ample parking, breakfast was basic simple. Fridge, microwave and sink in room were a plus. Great staff and host!"

"Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room. "They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"The staff at the front desk were excellent, friendly, very helpful A one. The breakfast as very good, coffee was very good and hot. Loved the frest baked cookies in the afternoon. My only complaint would be the bedding is not very nice. Not sure who made the bed but im pretty sure a bedskirt is not to be used as a sheet. Could also use more lighting in the bathroom. That being said i would go back."

"We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got...
