"I stayed here for nine nights. Hotel is conveniently located near the DLR train. The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Staff was this hotel was very hospitable and welcoming. The restaurant has nice menu options. Ate dinner there a few times. Breakfast is buffet options. Hot and cold foods. No complaints about breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a nice bar. I would recommend this place to stay. The area is not busy. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"We like this hotel as it is reasonably priced, has a 24hr gym, half decent pool, sauna and steam room. It is also 2 minutes away from the DLR (docklands light railway) giving easy access to central London and the west end. We always book parking through 'Your Parking Space' If you do this you can cut that car parking costs in half although you will have a 5 minute walk to the hotel itself."

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

"The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Staff very friendly at reception Classic traditional ‘cruise ship’ style as expected Impeccably clean Bathroom very dated, infitting with a ship, shower only and extremely heavy door dangerous when having children in the room with you. Couldnt prop bathroom door open and no working fan in the bathroom for stream. Reason for low score was complete lack of sleep due to room being uncomfortably warm the entire time. Staff attempted to assist by providing two fans however as window doesnt open...

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."
