"There was one older lady at the front desk who was nice and helpful. The other three I spoke to here short and rude and seemed unknowledgeable. They make guests sign in and out for stained beach towels. And, frankly, the website makes it seem like the property is near the beach and has beach access. It’s crammed in a parking lot of a small upscale shopping center. The public beach access was about a half mile or so down the road.

"The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in.
