"This could be a good place to stay but our room had a dirty floor and a tv that wasn’t getting any channels. We had to be brought a different remote and sign into our Netflix to watch anything. There is too much stuff laying around the property giving it an unkempt appearance. Staff is nice and helpful. The mattress is the worst. It’s like laying on a concrete slab. Terribly uncomfortable. It is quiet here which is a plus."

"Lovely, we were an out of town wedding party and had parking near our rooms, quiet hallways so we can sleep well, and no loiterers near the property."

"Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again."

"My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. "

"No mention of breakfast. The room was dirty with foot prints on the wall. The tub was dirty and there was no toliet paper there. The remote control was missing a button and the ceiling had red stain on it. The room was overall unclean."

"The property and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. My only wish is that they provided more of the basic items that suite hotels usually do. You can ask at the front desk, but it’s a lot you have to ask for. As for the front desk host and hostesses, they are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I give each and every one of them 5 stars."
