We dined in the restaurant in the evening and again, were spoiled with a cake and a rendition of happy birthday by the saxophonist. It was lovely."

"In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long."
