"Accidentally left an item behind and was told it was not found. That was not true. 100% sure it was. After complaining several times the item miraculously appeared. "

"The staff were amazing very kind and really cared about your stay. Very quite, safe and clean. The rooms are biger than normal rooms. The pool is clean and well maintained. Its a hiden gem of the property. My grandkids played in the pool everyday! I recommend this hotel to families and someone who just wants to rest without interuptions. Also the air conditioning was amazing! Will return soon. "
