"Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Good facilities in room but it was incredibly hot during our visit so a fridge in room would have improved our stay as no air conditioning but not many days in England you would need it. Breakfast was lovely, small but everything you could want. Evening menu was a bit limited and I probably would go somewhere else for an evening meal. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful."
"Had historic room but was up two flights of stairs and no lift. Restaurant meant a walk outside. Weather was good but would be a problem if not.
Breakfast was £13. Was ok.
Pool was £12 per day which we did not know until we arrived.
Plenty of parking and lovely grounds.
Some parts greatly in need of refurbishment."
"Room was so nice ! and being able to use the spa is always a plus, was a waitlist for the spa but when you get down go it it’s not overcrowded so i don’t mind that! Harry on reception was very helpful !"
