"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "Lovely welcome,clean,quiet,well equipped,access to the local towns was great a good base for the borders We went into Edinburgh by train free parking at station Lots of eating places to choose from we visited Montecasino the Italian in Melrose great meal and lovely service An enjoyable few days we did not want to leave thank you Douglas."

"Great faculties and location is perfect - in a small quiet street across the road from nice sandy beach. Co-op is just across the street and few local take aways and cafes. Just perfectly placed. Very well thought through accommodation with the wow factor when you walk in. Thank you and we will stay again!"
